What we collect

We collect minimal analytics about page views to understand which content is useful — for example, the URLs viewed and approximate country and device type. We do not link this to any personal identifier.

What we don't collect

• We don't collect the values you enter into our calculators. All calculations run locally in your browser.
• We don't sell personal data.
• We don't run trackers that fingerprint you across the web.

Cookies and advertising

HealthGood may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to personalise ads. See our Cookie Policy for details, and visit adssettings.google.com to control personalised ads.

Newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter we store only the email address you provide, used solely to send the digest. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Contact form

When you contact us we store your name, email, and message for the purpose of replying. We don't share this with third parties beyond the email-delivery providers we use.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the UK/EU, CCPA in California, and similar regimes elsewhere) you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.

Data retention

We retain newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months for record-keeping.

Children

HealthGood is intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).

If we materially change this policy we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
