TDEE Calculator
Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is the calories you burn in a typical 24-hour day — BMR plus activity, exercise, and digestion.
What your result means
Eat around your TDEE to maintain weight. Eat below to lose, above to gain.
How we calculate this
We estimate BMR with Mifflin-St Jeor, then multiply by an activity factor between 1.2 and 1.9.
Limitations
Activity factors are broad buckets. Your real NEAT (non-exercise movement) can swing the answer by several hundred calories either way.
